Most of us have a favorite color. Some of us have loved the same color since childhood, while others change theirs every season. It's a color that always catches our eye and really stands out in the rainbow of colors on a color wheel.
Nonetheless, choosing which color your next car will be is something you will need to consider when buying a vehicle. On the dealership's website, brand new cars may have swatches of colors that often allow you to click on them, which then, turns the car to that specific color on the website. This is meant to give you an idea of how the vehicle will look in the color you choose. Don't allow yourself to get too distracted by all the extra features and options laid out on the website, just yet.
Picking out the color of your vehicle is important because this is the vehicle you will be driving and seeing for several years to come. Choose wisely.
It is also important to note that colors change with each year, make, and model. With that said, that color(s) that you are in love with this year may not be on the list next year. Therefore, it is advised to pick out as many of your favorites as you can. Try not to allow your heart to be set on just one.
Go to the dealership and request to see the vehicle(s) that you are interested in and come in the colors you have pre-selected in your mind from the website or in any advertising you may have seen. Once you have seen the cars in person, this is when you make your final decision on which color looks the best to you.
Remember, the color may look a bit different than the one you saw on your computer screen, which is why going to the dealership for final color selection is highly recommended.
My pick this year is a new color called "Sting Gray" that has to be seen in person, kinda like last years "Rhino" color. I'm also a fan of all the metallic paint colors. Last year the most popular color was probably Granite Crystal Metallic. Come say Hi at Auto Clearing in Saskatoon.
